The multiregional solicitors König, Strässer & Partner (KS&P) was etablished in 1982 by solicitors Hans-Georg König and Christoph Strässer in Münster/Westfalia.

The establishing and named partners were previously active in a Law Firm in Hamm (König) and as lecturer at a commercial academy (Strässer).

Over the years the following have become our specialist areas:

• Employment Law, including personnel acquisition.
• (public and private) Building Law
• Commercial and Comparative Law (including industrial legal protection, new media and competition law)
• Tax Law (including local rates and accountancy)
• Administrative Law

Early 1993 a further Office was established in Lutherstadt Wittenberg (east Sachsen-Anhalt) and 5 years later in 1998 another office was opened in Eilenburg, very close to Leipzig. Since 2004 we have also added the capital office in Berlin.

Currently we have 11 active lawyers at KS&P, 5 of which are partners. Our team consists of 10 further co-workers.

KS&P closely co-operate with affiliated solicitors in Hamburg, Munich and Torgau as well as in different large cities in Turkey.

In addition we are close to a local network of tax advisors, accountants, architects and engineers as well as corporate consultants, personal trainers and insurance specialists. This close local network proves very useful when dealing with a demanding client’s needs, which is especially applicable in cases of:

• Public concepts on energy delivery
• Follow-up to corporations
• Establishing new structures for employees
• Compliance systems for tourism

We actively participate in advisory, contractual and forensic roles in many of the German system’s courts.

KS&P are a specialised Firm primarily for ´middle range´ cases, which is active for the small commune or also public bodies.
